We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at mcdaidschemistcavan@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. Where your order consists of multiple items delivered separately, the period expires 14 days from the day you receive the last item. Where this period ends on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.
How to withdraw To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can:
· Log into your account to access our self-serve returns and cancellations flow, where you can find your order and submit your request directly, or
· Email us at mcdaidschemistcavan@gmail.com with a clear statement of your decision, including your name and order number.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may request a cancellation through your account at any time before fulfilment. Once an item has been fulfilled, you may request a return within the 14-day window described above.
Effects of withdrawal If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except for any supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the standard delivery we offer).
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest.
Returning the goods You must send back the goods without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
